From Vision to Completion: A Turnkey Renovation Case Study in South London

A renovation project should feel exciting, not overwhelming. At Puzzle, we make the process simple by managing everything from start to finish. This case study shows how our turnkey service helped one South London client transform their home with a new kitchen, utility room, and two bathrooms. Every detail was handled by our team—from design to handover.

Starting with the Vision

The brief was clear. Our client wanted to upgrade their kitchen, utility, and two bathrooms. Each space needed to feel connected but serve its own purpose. They valued clean design, reliable materials, and a stress-free process. Sustainability and easy maintenance were also priorities.

Kitchen and Utility Design

We reworked the layout to improve flow and natural light. The kitchen features handleless units, AEG appliances, and Silestone worktops. A Quooker tap added both function and style.

The utility room follows the same look but with harder-wearing materials. We installed high-pressure laminate worktops and added tall cabinets for storage. Both spaces use water-saving fixtures and LED lighting—supporting our client’s carbon-conscious goals.

Bathroom Transformations

The main bathroom became a calm, spa-like retreat. We fitted a Carron bath, Grohe brushed nickel brassware, and RAK Ceramics tiles. Linea furniture kept the look clean and gave practical storage.

The ensuite took a minimalist approach. ROCA sanitaryware and a Merlyn walk-in shower created a sleek finish. Extras like underfloor heating and a HiB mirror cabinet added comfort and tech.

Turnkey Project Delivery

Puzzle managed everything. We designed the layout, sourced every product, scheduled trades, and oversaw the full installation. Our client had one point of contact throughout. We delivered the entire project on time and within budget—with no surprises or delays.

Styling and Finishing Touches

Details matter. We helped our client choose flooring, paint colours, lighting, and final décor. These finishing touches made each room feel warm and lived in—not just new.

Conclusion

This project shows what’s possible with a turnkey approach. Our team handled everything. The result? A home that flows beautifully and functions perfectly.

Every piece fit. The house now feels like it was always meant to look and work this way.

Thinking about your own renovation? Let’s turn your vision into a space you’ll be proud to live in—designed, delivered, and styled by Puzzle.
